How often do you get so focused on getting what you want, the way you want it, that you lose all perspective?
How many times do you feel frenzied and frustrated?
How close to the boiling point was your temper?
Think it might be time to do something different?
Then think about doing these three things!
- Stop obsessing!
- Drop the need to get the outcome you want – exactly how you want it!
- Roll on the floor! or Roll against the wall! Put on some hard thumping music and Rock n’ Roll away your frustration and anger.
Make what you do so wildly different that you shred any connection to the mindset that was having you grind your mental and emotional gears.
Then go for a walk and regroup.
